How We Do It

Dream Treehouse provides a housing model designed to provide a  simple living solution by offering fully furnished residential homes to residence with shared rooms at a flat rate. Utilities, landscaping and household supplies are included with the flat rate. This helps with affordability by reducing the multiples of bills and unexpected additional costs.

Resident Support

All residents participate in an orientation process that reviews house guidelines, screening  for potential residents, expectations, and the resources available to support their progress. Individual meetings are also done on a routine and as needed to ensure residents have the support  for independent living and/or to discuss any changes or concerns that may occur.  

Community Resource Connections

We encourage residents to utilize  the resources within the community for personal and/or professional growth such a as: trade schools, workforce development programs, libraries, stores, parks and recreations centers. Our housing locations are selected with accessibility in mind, including proximity to public transportation and other essential community services.
